On November 3, Juche 101 (2012), the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un gave field guidance to the Breast Tumour Institute of the Pyongyang Maternity Hospital newly built in the capital city Pyongyang and the Ryugyong Health Complex, the People’s Open-Air Ice Rink and the Skate Park before their inauguration.

“The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the Ryugyong Health Complex three times. He called at the complex under construction twice to teach the way to build it wonderfully one by one.
He came out to the spot again on November 3 before its inauguration.
That day, he learned in detail about all the facilities to be used by people and meaningfully said there can be no satisfaction in the work for the people.
We came to know later that he had given field guidance to the Breast Tumour Institute of the Pyongyang Maternity Hospital, the People’s Open-Air Ice Rink, and the Skate Park on the very day when he visited our complex.
Devote all to the people. Work your fingers to the bone for the people. Make selfless, devoted efforts for the good of the people. This demand represented his devoted work for the people that day.”
