Esteemed Chairman Ho Jong Man,

I send warm congratulations and ardent comradely greetings to you on the occasion of your 86th birth anniversary.

You are a model of the genuine overseas revolutionary who strongly defended and proudly honored the General Association, the patriotic legacy of the great leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, shouldering a heavy burden of the movement of Koreans in Japan when our motherland was undergoing the biggest difficulties.

Our Party highly appreciates and always remembers your distinguished exploits clearly recoded in the course of development of the General Association and the movement of Koreans in Japan.

I hope you make redoubled efforts for the precious General Association and beloved Korean compatriots in Japan with that vigor which you displayed 24 years ago during 1,000 kilometer-long march over the eastern mountains of the homeland, following the immortal traces covered by the great Kim Jong Il with lethal resolve.
