Spotlight: Ulmil Pavilion

Ulmil Pavilion is at the center of Moran Hill. Built in the mid-6th century, it served as the northern command post of the inner walls of Pyongyang.

It was named after General Ulmil, a patriotic general of the Koguryo dynasty who commanded many battles to defend the country.
