Spotlight: Chilsong Gate

Chilsong Gate stands beside the Moranbong Theatre. Built in the 6th century, it was the northern gate for the inner walls of Pyongyang. Many legends are associated with it, and it is known as a spot frequented by young couples picking azalea and apricot flowers when in bloom.
