Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un recently sent his open letter calling the Party members in the capital city of Pyongyang to the reconstruction campaign in North and South Hamgyong provinces damaged by consecutive flooding and typhoons.
In hearty response to his call, tens of thousands of Party members and many other citizens of Pyongyang volunteered to turn out in the recovery campaign.
The divisions of party members were organized in a day after the publication of the open letter. They held an oath-taking meeting at the plaza of the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun and hardened their resolve to complete the reconstruction on the highest level in the shortest time.
They left Pyongyang amid the warm send-off by citizens.
