In recent years, You Comrade Chairman have achieved important successes by leading the Korean Party and people to implement a new strategic line, concentrate efforts to economic development and actively accelerate international exchange and cooperation.

As the friendly neighbor, we are very pleased with it.

The traditional China-DPRK friendship is a valuable asset common to the two parties, two countries and two peoples.

I met You Comrade Chairman several times and reached joint understanding of a series of important matters and made the relations between the two parties and the two countries enter a new historical period.

After the outbreak of COVID-19, the two countries have supported and helped each other, further developing the China-DPRK friendship.

I give high priority to the development of China-DPRK relations and have a willingness to propel the traditional China-DPRK friendly and cooperative relations to bring about steady new successes with You Comrade Chairman and thus bring greater happiness to the two countries and two peoples and accelerate peace, stability and prosperity of the region.

The message wished Kim Jong Un good health and hoped all his work would go well.

He extended the best wishes for the prosperity of the DPRK and happiness and welfare of its people.
