Ri Pyong Chol, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK), vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the WPK and vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission of the WPK, guided the work for eradicating the aftermath of typhoon in Nulsan, Changpha and Hakrim co-op farms in Jangyon County, South Hwanghae Province.
He learned in detail about the damage on those farms and underscored the need for the officials and agricultural workers to push forward with the work to eradicate the aftermath of typhoon as soon as possible in hearty response to the idea and intention of the Party.
He acquainted himself with farmers’ living and encouraged them to successfully wrap up this year’s farming with confidence and courage that as our Party leads us, there is nothing to fear whatever typhoons.
He underlined the need for the officials of elementary Party organizations and Party members to further enhance their responsibility and roles to successfully lead and help the farmers fully display their mission as masters responsible for the granary of the country.
He also discussed the measures for manuring and cultivating well the crops in the typhoon-stricken fields and for harvesting every crop.
