To Increase the Wealth of the Country

In the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea there are tree nurseries conducive to turning the whole country into a forest, garden and orchard.

The respected supreme leader Kim Jong Un gave a field guidance to Tree Nursery No. 122 of the Korean People’s Army which has put the sapling production on a scientific, industrial and intensive basis. At that time, he gave an instruction on building modern land- and labour-saving tree nurseries capable of producing more than 20 million saplings a year in the provinces.

 

Then, he presented a task to build the Kangwon Provincial Tree Nursery on a trial basis into a model and standard of the tree nurseries to be built in provinces and solved all problems arising in its designing, construction and supply of materials and equipment.

Afterwards, Kangwon Province wonderfully built a modern tree nursery and laid a material and technological foundation to ensure safe sapling production.

Kim Jong Un visited the newly-built Kangwon Provincial Tree Nursery in July Juche 107 (2018).

He was very satisfied with another large-scale smart sapling producer.

Going round different places of the tree nursery, he gave instructions on putting the sapling production on a higher scientific footing and producing a larger amount of saplings of good species suited to the climatic and soil conditions of the province.

Under his trust, the Kangwon Provincial Tree Nursery could be built into a large-scale tree nursery which can carry out the two-round sapling production in accordance with the scientific and technological demands.
