1

Officials and employees of the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Silk Mill built up a quilt production process with big capacity by December Juche 105(2016) and normalized production to carry out the task given by the respected supreme leader Kim Jong Un during his field guidance.

In January Juche 106 (2017) Kim Jong Un visited the mill and looked round the new quilt production process.

Regardless of the midwinter cold, he looked at the bedclothes produced by the mill, including winter, summer, spring and autumn quilts, wedding quilts and mattresses.

He said the colors and patterns of the quilts are elegant and beautiful while suiting the emotion and aesthetic sense of the people and quilts are light and soft, and added that if they are supplied to the commercial networks, they will catch the eyes of the people and be in great demand.

He said with great satisfaction:
The materials used in production are all ours. Different kinds of quilts are made with the silk fabrics and silk cotton produced at light industry factories of our country. How good it is!

Seeing the quilts which have filled the storehouse, he said:
A few days ago, I visited the new Pyongyang Bag Factory and saw lots of bags. Today I have seen lots of quilts here at the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Silk Mill. I am very pleased.

Like this, Kim Jong Un took all necessary measures to produce various kinds of good-quality quilts and came out to the mill, picturing to himself the people who would be happy with quality quilts. People were always the first consideration with him.
