Pheasant meat is highly nutritious and delicious with good pharmacological effect.

The Korean people have prepared various dishes with pheasant meat. Typical of them is a pheasant soup known as a health food for its high nutritive and pharmacological values. The soup is higher in pharmacological effect than other dishes.
