The 21st Pyongyang Spring International Trade Fair opened with due ceremony at the Three-Revolution Exhibition House here on Monday.
Presented to the fair attended by more than 260 companies from the DPRK, China, Syria, Iran and other countries are products made with cutting-edge technology in the field of electronics, machinery, building materials, transport, public health, light industry and food and consumer goods industry.
Present at the opening ceremony were Ro Tu Chol, vice-premier of the Cabinet and chairman of the State Planning Commission, Kim Yong Jae, minister of External Economic Relations, officials in the field of economy and trade, delegations of different countries and representatives and staff members of foreign embassies here.
The fair will run through May 25.
